Crockpot Cranberry Pork Roast - Makes 2 Meals
Today's meals were SUPER easy and only took about 10 mins to prep tonight's dinner and 1 freezer meal.
Ingredients:
3 1/2 lb boneless pork roast
2 cans whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup dried minced onion
cooking spray
Directions:
1. Spray your slow cooker with cooking spray.
2. Cut the pork roast in half and put half in the crockpot.
3. Label freezer bag and put the other half of the roast in the ziploc bag.
4. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the cranberry sauce, honey, and minced onion.
5. Pour half over pork roast in the crockpot.
5. Pour the other half over the roast in the freezer bag and place in the freezer.
6. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
7. Shred and serve!
8. I served the pork over mashed potatoes with green beans.
