How to Throw an Amazing Co-Ed Sprinkle

Last weekend, Heather, my mom and my aunt, threw this amazing Sprinkle for Matt and I. We decided to make it co-ed so that Matt and the kids could be a part of the celebration. I am so glad we did- everyone had so much fun!

Brunch

Heather created this beautiful Crepe Bar complete with the ingredients for Strawberry and Nutella Crepes and Bananas Foster Crepes that were to-die-for! (Recipes to follow)
She also had delicious mini quiches, bacon, sausage, a beautiful fruit plate, and mini caesar salads.
And my personal favorite: shrimp rolls!

Dessert Table

Heather created this impressive display of Cake, Chocolate Mint Brownies, Cupcakes,
Pink heart-shaped Rice Krispie treats,
Sprinkle covered pretzels and pink infused caramel corn,
and these pudding cups with sprinkle rims were not only beautiful, but delicious!

The Decorations

My favorite decoration was this H for the name we have picked out for a our little girl. It is a piece of foam cut into an 'H' and then flowers hot glued into it. It is so sturdy that we were able to bring it home and hang it with a ribbon above our little girl's crib!
Heather also put sweet little girl sayings in these beautiful girly frames for extra decoration.
My mom created this adorable "Sprinkled with Love" banner using scrapbook paper and ribbon.
My mom painted these adorable mason jars and added a bow and pink and white flowers. We had one on each table. They turned out so lovely!

The Games and Activities

After brunch we played a couple games. The first game was just for the men. They had to put a balloon in the shirt like they were pregnant and put a quarter between their knees.
Then, holding the quarter between their knees they had to run down to the other end of the room and drop the quarter in a jar.
If they dropped the quarter or didn't make it into the jar, they had to start over. It was a relay race with teams of two. The team to both get their quarters in the jar first won! We had Meijer gift cards for the winners.
We also played this fun shower game, "Whats in your iPhone"that you can print here: Free Printable.
Whoever had the most points got to choose a gift-either a Meijer gift card or a Spa in a jar.
We also had a basket of blank baby blocks and Sharpies set out so everyone could create a block for our little one.
The last activity was to write a wish for the little one on one of the pages in this Free Printable Link and we will be creating a book for her! Each page had a wish like "I hope you become…." My son wrote "I hope you become…a good sister." So precious!
These are the Thank you gifts that we gave all the ladies for coming. I posted an easy tutorial previously here.
I wanted to thank Heather AGAIN for this awesome Sprinkle and all the hard work she put into it. She truly is an amazing party planner. We couldn't ask for a better Aunt and Godmother for our children!
